Here is my monthly April bullet journal setup.
As usual as April approaches it is time for me to share my April setup with you. The most major changes I have made are on the habit tracking pages.
1. Welcome Page
I invite you to watch the youtube video of me coloring this because it is a perfect example of a happy child playing with crayons!
The finished spread turned out rather happy and bright. Which I like for my welcome pages.
2. April Calendar
I have a lot going on in april. And because of that I have already filled some of that stuff in so that I can start to wrap my brain around it.
3. April Thanks log and Habit Tracker / Self Care Tracker.
So in my last months habit tracker and self care tracker page I used a vertical spread where the tasks were going along the bottom of the page and the days went all the way up to the top. This month I opted for my usual horizontal spread, I just split the month into 2 separate 15 day sections. This is getting close to perfect I think. I am still going to use Boho Berry’s Self care tracker Idea however I have also paired that down to 3 things I am tracking. My mood, my feeling of wellbeing and cleanliness, and my productivity
4. Expense Tracker
My expense tracker is again going to be 2 pages, but I am going to leave the 2nd page blank until I crack into it, likely half way through the month.
5. Memory Page
I had absolutely no problem filling up my memories pages this month. I find that this is a great catch all place for me to throw weird bits of paper that I like. In March for example I got rid of all my CDs and turned them into bird scare-ers in the garden. But after that I was stuck with the cases and all the booklets and liner notes. I decided to keep a cut out from the cover of the 1st CD I ever bought with my own money Darkness on the Edge of Town by Bruce Springsteen. So on my memories page there is a cutout of Bruce with his hands in his pockets saying…. Well why don’t I just show you a picture?
I love doing this kind of stuff! Weird little stories for myself.
6. April Garden Notes / Garden Journal
I love the amount of space I have been leaving for my garden journal. This last month I almost filled up both pages. I keep track of everything that I need to keep track of but I also don’t use up too much space! It works great for me. However in the more hectic gardening months to come I expect I will need more space and will plan accordingly for the summer! Happy Spring everyone!
